Guitar Lesson – House Of The Rising Sun

www.TotallyGuitars.com Neil Hogan teaches us how to play “House of the Rising Sun”.
In this song I play the E chord with my 1st finger on the 3rd string at the 1st fret, 2nd finger on the 5th string at the 2nd fret, and 3rd finger on the 4th string at the 2nd fret. I usually have every student learn this fingering for E first.

What you showed in this video is the chord pattern for the verse.
The chord pattern for the intro is a bit different and goes like:
